I met Aynsley while in my mid-20s with no fitness regimen and no idea how to start, and now in my 30s I am stronger and more fit than I was 10 years ago. "I started my diet/exercise program with Aynsley in January 2010 and she worked with me for three months. I went in to my first session not knowing much at all about the proper way to eat and exercise for my body type. By the time I had my last session, I was so knowledgeable on how to combine foods, what foods to eat more of to lose weight, and, more importantly, to be healthier. She has great expertise with diet and exercise related matters and is very motivating, especially with the exercises. She also provides you with so many good options/alternatives for food choices.

Over the three-month period, I lost eight pounds and gained muscular strength, (I went from being able to do 25 push-ups to doing 50 and I am continually increasing this number). I also increased my flexibility and felt great overall with so much more energy than when I started out. After the program ended, she continues to be, as she was from day one, always available to answer any questions/concerns that I may have. She was excellent throughout the whole process.
